國務院總理李克強在會見 IMF 總裁拉德加時表示，中國政府將繼續實施穩健的貨幣政策，把防控金融風險放在重要位置。在保持金融穩定、逐步去槓桿、穩定經濟增長之間保持平衡，中國有能力維護中國金融的市場穩定，守住不發生區域性、系統性金融風險的底線。李克強強調，將堅持以市場供求為基礎、有管理的浮動匯率制度，保持人民幣在合理均衡水平上基本穩定。

Dear danielbati,

Governor C Y Leung delivered a talk in the BRF on "Property Development on or next to Railway Stations' and got very good response. PM of Pakistan is now in HK, met C Y Leung, likely he is interested in such an idea to recover development cost of the infra structure projects in his country. I expect more visits of the like will happen in the future.

I shall keep a watch on latest developments and share my observations here from time to time.
