30/04/2018 03/05/2018 03/05/2018 清華大學國家金融研究院院長朱民表示，若中美貿易戰確實開打，會破壞全球產業鏈，導致金融市場大幅波動，情況甚至會超越2008年的金融海嘯。他估計，今明兩年全球經濟增長復甦率將下降，而貿易戰的發生將增加對世界經濟的傷害。 他認為，中美雙方談判雖然重要，但非解決問題的根本，因美國進口增長遠大於出口增長，使貿易赤字持續出現，只要美國人堅持消費至上及不存款，貿赤便會繼續出現，即使對中國不是赤字，對其他國家亦會是赤字。 他續指，美國政府將推出1萬億財政刺激措施，疊加居民存款低的問題，將使其貿易赤字惡化。而改變美國人消費行為及宏觀政策、提高勞動生產力和增加出口競爭力，才是解決問題的根本。另一方面，中國亦正調整經濟結構，包括貿易盈餘佔...
